Our meeting point is directly dockside in Capri's marina. Ours is the final pier at the far end beneath Il Faro Rosso. Our clients can use the marina's electric carts parked inside the red entrance gate to the marina to reach the pier.
Payment: in order to confirm the booking we kindly request a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% within 15 days before the embarking.
Cancellation policy: within 30 days NO penalty - from 29 to 15 days 50% penalty - from 14 days to no show 100% penalty. In case of bad sea conditions, being not good enough to guarantee your safety on board during the tour (at the discretion of the Captain or The Yacht Management Company), you will be totally reimbursed or, alternatively, you will have the opportunity to reschedule the service.
In case of breakdown of the yacht/boat, we will give you an equal or better level yacht at the same conditions but without any refund.
Capri Boat Yacht is based on Capri and tours depart from the marina. We can also depart from any location from the Bay of Naples to Salerno Golfo at a surcharge.
